Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change and strive to be flexible for our clients. Fees are associated with cancellations or no-shows. If a person reschedules or cancels in a row 3 times, a 30% to 50% of the appointment will be charged.We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate other guests and keep schedules running smoothly. Require a card on file to hold your appointments. We ask you to put down a deposit for appointments over $100, which goes to your appointment. If your stylist had not waved it before your appointment
